These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Master Your Level, including the website, membership area, user profile, self-improvement tools, habit tracking features, community features, direct messages, possible future communication features, digital content, paid subscription services and any related services provided through the platform (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Service or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Master Your Level is a self-improvement membership platform designed to help users track personal habits, complete real-world tasks, build consistency, earn points, level up and unlock additional digital content and platform features over time.
The Service may include, among other things:
- habit tracking and progress tools;
- buttons or controls to mark real-world activities as completed;
- user-created habits;
- points, levels, progress bars and achievement-related features;
- unlockable habits, tools and digital content;
- user profiles;
- recent activity and liked-post history;
- community posting features;

- direct messages between users, if available;
- future group chat or communication features, if made available later;
- report and moderation tools;
- notification and privacy settings;
- paid membership access.
The Service is intended to support motivation, self-reflection and personal development. It does not guarantee any specific result, transformation, income, physical improvement, mental health outcome, addiction recovery outcome or lifestyle change.
2. Eligibility, Age Requirements and Minors
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old.
If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you confirm that you either:

Your subscription gives you access to the membership platform, but it does not mean that all habits, features or content are immediately unlocked. Some content, habits or features must be unlocked through progress, points, levels or other platform mechanics.
You understand and agree that:
- the Service is progress-based;
- not all content is available immediately after subscribing;
- some content or features may require reaching certain levels;
- the level and point system is part of the platform experience;
- we may change, rebalance, add or remove levels, points, habits, challenges, rewards or unlockable content.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically every month.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, we may:
- retry the payment;
- restrict access to paid features;
- suspend your membership;
- cancel your subscription;
- delete or deactivate access after a reasonable period.
6. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and membership tools, including but not limited to:
- Paid Memberships Pro;
- Stripe;
- PayPal;
- credit card processors;
- other payment providers added in the future.
We do not directly store full credit card details unless explicitly stated. Payment information is usually processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to comply with the terms of the relevant payment provider.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription in your account area.
Current cancellation path:
Profile → Settings → Membership → Cancel Membership
Cancellation becomes effective immediately after you cancel. Once cancelled, your access to paid membership features may end immediately.
You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
If the technical setup later changes and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, this section may be updated accordingly.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, illegal activity, payment abuse, harmful conduct involving minors or serious violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
For users in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal, refund or cancellation rights, those rights remain unaffected.
9. Points, Levels and Unlockable Content
The Service may include points, levels, progress bars, achievements, habit streaks, unlockable content and similar features.
These features are for motivation and platform progression only.
Points, levels, streaks, achievements or unlocked content:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot be transferred to another user;
- do not represent property;
- do not create any financial claim against us;
- may be changed, reset, limited or removed if necessary.
We may modify the level system, point system, habit structure or unlock requirements at any time, especially to improve the platform, fix bugs, prevent abuse or rebalance the user experience.
If we detect manipulation, cheating, automated usage, false completion of habits, technical abuse or other misuse, we may reset progress, remove points, suspend features or terminate the account.
10. User Profiles and Privacy Settings
Your profile may show information such as:
- username;
- profile picture;
- level;
- habit progress;
- unlocked achievements;
- recent activities;
- liked posts;
- community posts;
- other profile-related information.
You may be able to control some visibility settings in your account settings.
Current default setting:
Profile overview, liked posts and recent activities are visible by default unless the user changes privacy settings.
Users may choose to hide certain profile sections where the platform provides such controls.
You are responsible for reviewing your privacy settings and deciding what information you want to make visible to other users.
We may change or improve profile visibility options over time.
11. Community Features
The Service may include community features that allow users to post content, comment, reply, like, dislike, upload media, report users and interact with other users.
You are responsible for everything you post, upload, send or share through the Service.
You agree not to post, upload, send or share content that:
- is illegal;
- is threatening, abusive or harassing;
- promotes hate or discrimination;
- targets people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar protected characteristics;
- contains sexual exploitation, sexual harassment or non-consensual sexual content;
- exploits, endangers or harms minors;
- promotes self-harm, suicide or dangerous behavior;

- manipulates the platform, voting system, report system or level system;
- is otherwise harmful to the community or the Service.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts if we believe that these rules have been violated.
12. Direct Messages and Future Communication Features
The Service may allow users to send direct messages. Group chat features are currently not part of the active Service, but may be introduced in the future.
Direct messages and any future communication features are intended for respectful communication between users.
The same rules that apply to public community content also apply to private messages and any future communication features.
You may not use direct messages or any communication feature to:
- harass, threaten or abuse other users;
- send spam;
- send scams or fraudulent offers;
- pressure users into financial, health, addiction-related or personal decisions;
- send sexual, exploitative, illegal or harmful content;
- contact, exploit, manipulate, groom, pressure or harm minors;
- share private information without consent;
- evade moderation;
- coordinate abuse of the platform or other users.
We do not promise to actively monitor every private message. However, we may review messages, reports, metadata or related account information where necessary to:
