Welcome to the Master Your Level community.

Master Your Level is a self-improvement platform built to help people improve their habits, discipline, mindset, fitness, productivity and personal growth. The community exists to support motivation, accountability, learning and respectful discussion.

By using the community features, posting content, commenting, liking, messaging other users or interacting with the platform, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

These Guidelines apply to all areas of the platform, including:

  • public posts;
  • comments and replies;
  • likes, dislikes and reactions;
  • user profiles;
  • uploaded images, videos or media;
  • direct messages;
  • reports;
  • usernames and profile pictures;
  • any future communication or community features.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users with respect.

You may disagree with someone, but you must not attack, insult, threaten, mock, humiliate or harass them.

Do not post or send content that includes:

  • personal attacks;
  • bullying;
  • intimidation;
  • threats;
  • aggressive insults;
  • targeted harassment;
  • repeated unwanted messages;
  • attempts to shame or humiliate another user.

Constructive criticism is allowed. Abuse is not.


2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

Do not post, send or promote hateful, discriminatory or dehumanizing content.

This includes attacks or negative generalizations based on:

  • race;
  • ethnicity;
  • nationality;
  • religion;
  • gender;
  • sexual orientation;
  • disability;
  • age;
  • physical appearance;
  • health status;
  • social background;
  • any other protected or personal characteristic.

We may remove content and restrict accounts that promote hate, discrimination or exclusion.


3. No Harassment, Stalking or Threats

You may not use the platform to harass, stalk, threaten or pressure other users.

This includes:

  • repeatedly contacting someone after they have asked you to stop;
  • following a user across posts or messages to provoke them;
  • threatening physical, emotional, financial or reputational harm;
  • encouraging others to attack a user;
  • sending aggressive or unwanted direct messages;
  • creating new accounts to bypass blocks or restrictions.

If someone does not want to interact with you, respect that.


4. Protect Minors and Vulnerable Users

Users under 13 are not allowed to use the platform.

Users aged 16 or older may use the platform if they meet the age requirements in our Terms of Service.

Any harmful, exploitative, sexual, manipulative or abusive behavior involving minors is strictly prohibited.

You must not:

  • groom, manipulate or exploit minors;
  • request private images, sexual content or personal information from minors;
  • send sexual content to minors;
  • pressure minors into unsafe behavior;
  • encourage minors to hide activity from parents or guardians;
  • target vulnerable users for scams, manipulation or harmful advice.

Violations involving minors may lead to immediate account termination and, where appropriate or legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.


5. No Sexual Exploitation or Explicit Sexual Content

Do not post or send sexual, exploitative or non-consensual content.

This includes:

  • sexual content involving minors;
  • sexual harassment;
  • unwanted sexual messages;
  • non-consensual intimate images;
  • sexual threats or coercion;
  • sexually explicit media;
  • content that exploits, objectifies or pressures another person.

Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden and may be reported to the relevant authorities.


6. No Illegal Content or Illegal Activity

Do not use Master Your Level to post, promote, organize or encourage illegal activity.

This includes:

  • fraud;
  • scams;
  • theft;
  • hacking;
  • identity theft;
  • illegal drug sales;
  • weapon sales;
  • money laundering;
  • blackmail;
  • doxxing;
  • threats;
  • copyright infringement;
  • any other illegal conduct.

We may remove illegal content, restrict accounts and cooperate with legal requests where required.


7. No Spam, Scams or Manipulation

Do not use the platform for spam, scams or deceptive behavior.

You may not:

  • post repetitive promotional content;
  • send mass messages;
  • promote fake investment opportunities;
  • promote pyramid schemes or “get rich quick” scams;
  • deceive users for money, attention or personal benefit;
  • use bots or automation;
  • manipulate likes, dislikes, reports, comments, points or levels;
  • create fake accounts to boost content or avoid restrictions.

Self-promotion may be limited or removed if it disrupts the community.


8. No Dangerous Advice

Master Your Level is a self-improvement platform, but users must not give harmful or dangerous advice.

You may not encourage others to:

  • harm themselves;
  • ignore medical treatment;
  • stop prescribed medication;
  • engage in extreme dieting;
  • train through serious injuries;
  • take dangerous substances;
  • participate in unsafe challenges;
  • make reckless financial decisions;
  • isolate themselves from support systems;
  • engage in harmful addiction-related behavior.

You may share personal experiences, but do not present unsafe advice as guaranteed truth.


9. Health, Mental Health and Addiction Discussions

Discussions about mental health, addiction, motivation, habits and personal struggles are allowed, but they must be handled responsibly.

You may share:

  • personal experiences;
  • general encouragement;
  • non-professional support;
  • habit-building strategies;
  • recovery motivation;
  • productivity tips.

You may not:

  • claim to diagnose someone;
  • act as a therapist, doctor or addiction specialist unless you are qualified and clearly state your limitations;
  • tell someone to avoid professional help;
  • encourage self-harm, suicide or relapse;
  • shame users for mental health struggles or addiction problems;
  • make guarantees about recovery or treatment outcomes.

If someone appears to be in immediate danger, encourage them to contact emergency services or a qualified professional in their country.


10. Fitness and Body-Related Content

Fitness content is allowed, but it must not promote unsafe behavior.

Do not post or encourage:

  • extreme exercise routines presented as safe for everyone;
  • eating disorder behavior;
  • dangerous weight loss methods;
  • body shaming;
  • steroid or illegal substance abuse;
  • training through serious pain or injury;
  • guaranteed physical transformation claims.

Users are responsible for their own health and should seek professional advice where needed.


11. Money, Business and Financial Discussions

General discussions about discipline, productivity, money habits, career growth and personal finance are allowed.

However, you may not:

  • give financial advice as guaranteed truth;
  • promise income or profit;
  • promote scams;
  • pressure users into investments;
  • manipulate users into buying products or services;
  • promote risky financial behavior;
  • target inexperienced or young users with money-making claims.

Do not present personal financial opinions as professional advice.


12. Respect Privacy

Do not share private or personal information about other people without permission.

This includes:

  • full names;
  • addresses;
  • phone numbers;
  • private emails;
  • workplace details;
  • private social media accounts;
  • private messages;
  • screenshots of private conversations;
  • financial information;
  • health information;
  • location data.

Do not dox, expose, threaten to expose or pressure users into revealing personal information.


13. User-Generated Content and Media Uploads

You are responsible for anything you post, upload or share.

Do not upload content that:

  • you do not have the right to use;
  • violates copyright or trademarks;
  • includes private information;
  • contains illegal material;
  • contains harmful or abusive content;
  • misrepresents another person;
  • includes manipulated media intended to deceive;
  • contains malware, phishing links or harmful files.

Images and videos must follow the same rules as text posts and messages.


14. Direct Messages

Direct messages are meant for respectful private communication.

You may not use direct messages to:

  • harass users;
  • send spam;
  • send scams;
  • send unwanted sexual content;
  • pressure users;
  • target minors;
  • manipulate vulnerable users;
  • avoid public moderation;
  • coordinate abuse;
  • send harmful advice;
  • share illegal content.

Reported or suspicious direct messages may be reviewed for safety, moderation and legal compliance purposes.


15. No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone else.

You may not impersonate:

  • another user;
  • a public figure;
  • a company;
  • Master Your Level staff;
  • moderators;
  • medical, legal, financial or professional experts.

Do not use misleading names, profile pictures or claims to deceive others.


16. No Platform Abuse

Do not interfere with the platform or abuse its systems.

You may not:

  • exploit bugs;
  • manipulate points or levels;
  • fake habit completions using automation;
  • bypass access restrictions;
  • attempt to access paid content without payment;
  • scrape data;
  • attack the website;
  • upload malware;
  • create multiple accounts for abuse;
  • abuse the report system;
  • try to avoid account bans.

If you discover a bug or security issue, report it instead of exploiting it.


17. Reporting Content and Users

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use the report feature where available or contact us at:

Reports may be used for:

  • posts;
  • comments;
  • profiles;
  • direct messages;
  • uploaded media;
  • suspicious users;
  • abusive behavior.

When reviewing reports, we may consider:

  • the content itself;
  • context;
  • user history;
  • severity;
  • potential harm;
  • legal obligations;
  • safety of minors and vulnerable users.

False, abusive or malicious reports may lead to restrictions on your account.


18. Moderation Actions

If these Guidelines are violated, we may take action, including:

  • removing content;
  • hiding content;
  • issuing a warning;
  • limiting visibility;
  • restricting direct messages;
  • restricting community access;
  • removing points or progress gained through abuse;
  • suspending an account;
  • permanently banning an account;
  • deleting an account;
  • refusing refunds where permitted by law;
  • reporting serious issues to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.

We may act without prior warning in serious cases.

If your content or account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us at:

Your appeal should include:

  • your account email or username;
  • the content or action you are appealing;
  • a short explanation;
  • any relevant context.

We may review appeals at our discretion.

Good community behavior includes:

  • helping others respectfully;
  • sharing honest experiences;
  • giving constructive feedback;
  • staying humble;
  • respecting boundaries;
  • thinking critically;
  • avoiding harmful advice;
  • reporting serious issues;
  • supporting a safe environment.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is a community where people can grow without being abused, manipulated, scammed or harmed.


21. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the website, account notices or other reasonable methods.

Continued use of the platform after changes means that you accept the updated Guidelines.
