This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, subscription cancellations and billing-related issues are handled for Master Your Level.

By purchasing a subscription, using the paid membership features or continuing to use the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Subscription Price

Master Your Level is offered as a paid subscription service.

The current subscription price is:

EUR 10 per month

The subscription price may change in the future. If we change the price, we will inform existing users where required by applicable law.


2. Monthly Billing and Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically every month.

By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.


3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription through your account area.

Current cancellation path:

Profile → Settings → Membership → Cancel Membership

Cancellation becomes effective immediately after you cancel. Once cancelled, your access to paid membership features may end immediately.

If the cancellation path changes in the future, this Refund Policy may be updated.


4. Refunds Are Not Automatic

Refunds are not granted automatically.

If you believe you should receive a refund, you must contact us and explain your request.

Refund requests should be sent to:

support@masteryourlevel.com

Your refund request should include:

  • your account email;
  • your username, if available;
  • payment date;
  • payment amount;
  • reason for the refund request;
  • any relevant details or screenshots.

We may ask for additional information before making a decision.


5. Refunds for the Most Recent Month

At our discretion, we may refund the most recent monthly subscription payment if you provide a reasonable explanation.

Refunds are generally limited to the last paid month only.

Examples of reasons we may consider include:

  • accidental renewal;
  • technical problems preventing access to the paid Service;
  • duplicate payment;
  • billing error;
  • payment made shortly before cancellation;
  • another reasonable explanation reviewed by us individually.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.


6. No Refunds for Older Billing Periods

We generally do not refund payments for older subscription periods.

This means that if you have been subscribed for several months, refund requests are normally limited to the most recent monthly payment only.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it if you no longer wish to use the Service.


7. No Refunds After Serious Violations

We do not provide refunds if your account is suspended, restricted or terminated because of serious violations of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • harassment;
  • hate speech;
  • threats;
  • spam;
  • scams;
  • fraud;
  • payment abuse;
  • illegal activity;
  • harmful conduct involving minors;
  • sexual exploitation or abusive content;
  • attempts to manipulate points, levels, reports or platform systems;
  • sharing paid content outside the platform;
  • creating fake accounts;
  • using bots or automation without permission;
  • repeated or serious misuse of the Service.

In serious cases, we may terminate your account and refuse future access to the Service without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may try to help resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Technical issues do not automatically create a right to a refund, but we may approve a refund if the issue prevented you from accessing the paid Service and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.


9. Payment Provider Issues

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or membership tools, including but not limited to:

  • Paid Memberships Pro;
  • Stripe;
  • PayPal;
  • credit card processors;
  • other payment providers added in the future.

Refund timing may depend on the relevant payment provider, bank or credit card company.

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks or card issuers.


10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, we encourage you to contact us first at:

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe or another payment provider, your account may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension or termination.


11. Digital Service and Immediate Access

Master Your Level provides access to a digital membership platform.

After subscribing, users may receive immediate access to paid features, habit tracking tools, community features, user profiles and unlockable content.

Because access to the digital Service may begin immediately after purchase, refund and withdrawal rights may depend on the laws that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.


12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.

If any part of this Refund Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory consumer protection law will apply only to the extent required.

For example, users in some jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights for online purchases or digital services. Such rights remain unaffected.
